About Inovius, Inc.

Inovius, Inc. started January 1, 2006 in Redding, California. Inovius is a spin-off of Veritas Health Systems (VHS) which is an established Plan Service Provider in the emerging consumer-driven healthcare (CDH) market. Inovius is the owner of the web-based, intellectual property that VHS uses to compares costs, benefits, out-of-pocket risk, and member/consumer contributions, as well as a host of additional tools, systems and resources.

These resources have now become available to banks, health plans and agencies of various types in the broader financial and health care markets.

Key Personnel

James C. Phillips, President

Jim is a 16 year veteran in the group health insurance industry, working as a large group consultant. Jim launched into the CDH marketplace by creating Veritas Health Systems in July of 2002. In addition the this experience, Jim brings to the team his strengths in both vision casting and leadership.

Rob Shambaugh, Product Development

Rob specializes in understanding the broad spectrum of technologies required to develop innovative solutions. His background is in personnel management and application development. Rob has been with Veritas Health Systems since August 2003.

Grant Theobald, Product Development

Grant has a diversified background in technology consulting, education, web application and database development. Grant is also the owner of Focus Data Systems, a software consulting firm specializing in web-based solutions. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from CSU Chico and an M.A. in Ministry from Western Theological Seminary. Grant began with Veritas Health Systems at its founding in 2002, and now devotes his efforts solely to Inovius, Inc.
